During my time at in2une, I produced a production workshop with Ayleen Valentine. Ayleen was passionate about producing her own music, and members of our student-run record label were equally interested in learning more about production– prompting the perfect opportunity to connect the two. I created and distributed marketing assets, booked a space, organized food and merch, created a run of show, and coordinated with Ayleen and her team to ensure everything ran smoothly. Around 20 students attended the event, and it was beyond fulfilling to watch them learn from Ayleen and see her speak so fervently about what she loves.
